TracknStop are delighted to announce the appointments of CEO, CTO and COO to the team.

Declan O’Mahoney: CEO

Declan is an engineer and entrepreneur with extensive international experience in technology companies.  He was CEO of Firecomms (2002-2011), a compound semiconductor company (acquired by ZJY Corp China in 2010.) He was CEO of HeartSine Inc. (2012-2016) a Med Tech Defibrillation company acquired by Stryker Corporation (NYSE: SYK) in 2016.

Declan is entrepreneur in residence at Tyndall National Institute and is a Non exec director, investor and advisor to several technology companies.

Tristan Fagan: CTO

Tristan is a software architect and has been developing highly secure, advanced web-based systems for over 15 years, on multiple continents. During this time he has led the development of numerous key projects for multinational organisations such as Glanbia (LON: GLB) , Ryanair (NASDAQ: RYAAY), Aviva PLC (LON: AV)  and C&C Group (LON: CCR). 

Tristan has been instrumental in the development of the TracknStop Software Platform as well as the numerous Patents that have been granted.

Lee Barry COO

Lee is an electronics engineer with extensive industry experience, having held various senior design, operations and management roles through various growth phases of multiple start-ups. He played a key role at Parthus Technologies which did and IPO in 2000 NASDAQ: CEVA and was Engineering Director for worldwide wireline and storage operations.

Lee was a founder member of Radisens Diagnostics in 2009 where as Engineering & Operations director he led a team of mechanical, software & electronic engineers with a team of scientists developing the next gen Point-of-Care medical diagnostics systems.

Lt. Colonel David B Binder

Board Strategic Advisor

David Binder began his career as a Florida State Trooper in 1983, and retired after 25 years of service at the rank of Lt. Colonel. During his career David served on the Special Response Teams of Troop E, Troop L, and Troop K and also served on the protective detail of Florida’s Lt. Governor. Later in his career he served as the Deputy Director of the Motor Carrier Compliance Office, Chairman of Florida’s Preventive Radiological/Nuclear Detection Committee, Chairman of the Florida Cargo Theft Task Force, and as a Governor’s Appointee to the Seaport Security Standards Advisory Council. He also served two terms as Secretary/Treasurer of the State Law Enforcement Chiefs Association.

He is now the President of Threat Reduction Group Inc. where he provides consulting services to clients in the US, Canada, and Ireland, specializing in Homeland Security and Intelligent Transportation Systems. David earned the Master of Public Administration degree from Florida State University and also attended the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School’s Center for Homeland Security and Defense.
